trivago becomes official partner of the IHF Men’s World Handball Championship 2023
As the official Online Travel partner of the IHF Men’s World Championship 2023, trivago branding will appear during matches in January 2023 and throughout the competition. The global tournament will be held in Sweden and Poland from January 11 to 29, 2023, and has an expected viewing audience of over 1.2 billion, with an estimated 1 million total spectators attending live.

This new sponsorship is an expansion of trivago’s commitment to the common values of sport and travel. The company is most known for its sponsorship of the English Premier League’s Chelsea Football Club, and a recent collaboration with American ticketing platform for live sports and entertainment events, AXS.
