Following the success of the first instalment of the esports documentary "A New Perspective," SAP and BUILD A ROCKET are proud to announce the release of the sequel, which will once again provide deep insights into the world of professional esports.

The documentary explores the multifaceted role of coaches and the growing importance of data science in the esports space.

Cologne / Walldorf, 16.08.2023 – Esports agency BUILD A ROCKET and SAP SE set new standards in esports: The second part of the esports documentary "A New Perspective" provides unique insights into the relevance of Data Science in Esports.

SAP's innovative, data-driven tool provides coaches, trainers and teams with valuable data to improve performance, visualise player potential and make informed decisions. The tool is not only used for team optimisation, but also for talent identification.

This groundbreaking project is presented in the documentary "A New Perspective 2", which BUILD A ROCKET produced together with SAP. SAP is also launching the film at Gamescom in Cologne, the world's largest trade fair for video games.

In addition, SAP will be presenting its other esports activities at Gamescom, inviting visitors to a meet and greet with a streamer from Team Liquid and offering Gamescom visitors entertainment with a virtual claw machine.
