FC Augsburg and SPORTFIVE continue partnership

Overall marketing contract extended until 2026

FC Augsburg and SPORTFIVE are continuing their long-standing partnership and are renewing their cooperation, which has existed since 2005, ahead of time by two years until June 30, 2026. The global sports marketing agency will thus continue to be responsible for the overall marketing of the Bundesliga soccer club in the future. The cooperation in the area of international orientation is also extended by a period of two years.

In order to consistently develop FC Augsburg's sales potential, SPORTFIVE will focus on sales and partner acquisition from January 2023. A dedicated brand consulting team will be responsible for developing individual partner concepts. With the takeover of the After Sales and Partnership Management areas, FC Augsburg will take care of partner support and customer retention in the future.

With the extension of the agency contract with SPORTFIVE and the simultaneous takeover of the partner management, we are taking the next step in our strategic development.
