Special Olympics: Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.

Special Olympics supports worldwide over 5 million athletes, 1 million coaches and volunteers, more than 100,000 competitions each year, and 32 Olympic-type sports through programs in more than 170 nations.

In early 2021, SPORTFIVE was awarded a 4-year mandate to develop, manage and lead the commercial program for the Berlin 2023 Special Olympics Organising Committee and Special Olympics Deutschland. The objectives are to help drive the social and financial legacy of the Games by enhancing the long-term financial stability of and awareness for the Special Olympics Movement in Germany. Funds go toward the staging of the World Games, participation of the Team SOD (or Team Special Olympics Deutschland) and Special Olympics Deutschland, supporting investments in sport and health-care for the intellectually disabled, and creating a more inclusive society around Germany – on the field of play, in the workplace, in schools and beyond.
